You will oversee cooking activities, prepare entrees, operate and clean equipment, and maintain records and HACCP compliance. The candidate should have two years of high-volume line or batch cooking experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee cooking activities as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepare entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment after use; perform routine cleaning.
• Store, label and date food items; maintain organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated/frozen items.
• Follow HACCP guidelines for quality and safety of food supply.
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations and procedures.
• Assist in maintaining daily production records and required documentation.
• Assist in cross training of employees.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
