Restaurant Associates at JPMorgan Chase in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Senior Cook for a full-time role. Workdays are Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with online applications accepted only.

Qualifications

• Five years of culinary experience required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee cooking activities as assigned by the Food Service Director.
• Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment after use; perform scheduled routine cleaning.
• Store, label and date food items; maintain organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated/frozen products.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Comply with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and procedures.
• Assist in maintaining daily production records and complete required documentation, reports, and logs.
• Assist in cross training of employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
