Job summary

Kewadin Casinos is seeking a Cook III to lead all stages of food preparation, maintain safety standards, and supervise cooks, stewards, and dishwashers. You will ensure cheerful, professional service and rotat ion of food products while meeting quality expectations.

Responsibilities include inventory checks, scheduling support, prep planning, and communicating prep status across shifts. Strong supervisory experience in a high-volume kitchen is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to manage staff and supervise a kitchen team.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of food preparation and ensure sanitary handling.
• Supervise cooks, stewards, and dishwashers; assign tasks daily.
• Forecast business needs based on menus and events.
• Maintain prep lists, logs, and ensure timely service.
• Ensure recipes are followed and portion control is accurate.
