Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Senior Cook at JPMorgan Chase in Elgin, IL. The position is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule, 5:45 AM–2:15 PM. Requires two years of high-volume cooking experience and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Primary duties include leading cooking activities, preparing entrees per recipes, maintaining product quality, and documenting daily production. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications

• Two years of high-volume line or batch cooking experience required.
• Ability to follow established recipes and health/sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain accurate daily production records as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cooking activities as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepare various entrees and menu items per recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment; perform routine cleaning.
• Store, label, and date food items per policy; assist with storage organization.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure food quality and safety.
• Assist in maintaining production records and documentation.
• Assist in cross-training staff and other duties as needed.
