Bon Appétit Management Company is seeking a Full-time Senior Cook in San Francisco, CA (Uber facility). The role runs Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, offering $26.00 per hour and a path to leadership within the kitchen team.

Two years of cooking experience are required, with emphasis on following established recipes and HACCP guidelines. Responsibilities include supervising cooking activities, preparing entrees, maintaining equipment, and ensuring proper storage and safety

• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Complies with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures.
• Assists Food Service Director in maintaining accurate daily production records and completes all required documentation, reports, and logs.
• Assists in cross‑training of employees.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Prepares food to ensure it is nutritious and properly flavored in accordance with applicable federal, state, local and company standards, guidelines and regulations.
