Compass Group USA in Sunnyvale is seeking a Senior Cook for a full-time position at Tech Corners - 809 11th Avenue, Building 1, Sunnyvale, CA 94089. The role requires lead line cooking experience and a Monday–Friday schedule; hours may vary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cooking activities as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment after each use; perform scheduled routine cleaning.
• Store, label and date food items according to policy; maintain organized storage.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Assist in maintaining daily production records and required documentation.
• Assist in cross-training of employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Summary:
