• Location: Baptist Health South - 2105 East South Boulevard, Montgomery, AL 36116. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time, 5:00 am - 2:00 pm. Days may vary, including rotating weekends. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Three years of culinary experience preferred.
• Pay Range: $15.00 to $16.80 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares nutritious and flavorful food following standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee cooking activities as assigned.
• Prepare various entrees and menu items following recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment after use; perform scheduled cleaning.
• Store, label, and date food items; maintain organized storage.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure food safety.
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations.
• Assist in maintaining production records and documentation.
• Assist in cross-training employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
