Job Title: Senior Cook

We are hiring immediately for a full-time Senior Cook position at Flik Hospitality Group.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee cooking activities as assigned
• Prepare various entrees and menu items following recipes
• Operate and clean equipment after use; perform routine cleaning
• Store, label, and date food items; maintain organized storage
• Follow HACCP guidelines for food safety
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations
• Maintain accurate production records and complete documentation
• Assist in cross-training employees
• Perform other duties as assigned
