+ Location: Kimberly Clark - 1400 Holcomb Bridge Road, Roswell, GA 30076. Note: online applications accepted only.

+ Schedule: Full-time; Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm. More details upon interview.

+ Requirement: Prior catering experience is required.

Job Summary

Prepares food to ensure it is nutritious and flavorful, complying with federal, state, local, and company standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Oversee cooking activities of food service associates as assigned by Food Service Director.
  2. Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes.
  3. Operate and clean equipment after each use; perform scheduled cleaning.
  4. Store, label, and date food items according to policy; maintain organized storage of dry, refrigerated, and frozen goods.
  5. Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure food quality and safety.
  6. Comply with health and sanitation regulations and procedures.
  7. Assist in maintaining accurate daily production records and complete required documentation.
  8. Assist in cross-training employees.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.
