Morrison Living in Madison, WI is hiring immediately for a Senior Cook in full-time or part-time roles. Shifts run 6:00 am–2:00 pm and 10:30 am–7:00 pm; weekend availability is required. Location: Vista West, 150 Bella Vista Drive, Madison, WI 53717.

You will prepare foods to recipe standards, supervise prep as needed, and maintain clean, safe kitchen operations per HACCP guidelines. Prior batch cooking experience and ability to follow written recipes are needed.

Formación

• Prior batch cooking experience and the ability to follow and execute written recipes.

Responsabilidades

• May oversee the cooking activities of food service associates as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepares various entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Operates and cleans equipment after each use. Performs scheduled routine cleaning.
• Stores, labels and dates food items according to policy. Helps maintain organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated and frozen products.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
