Sodexo at Samsung San Jose is seeking a Senior Cook to join our food service team. You will prepare and present hot and cold items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and catered events, adhering to recipes and quality standards. A strong focus on teamwork and customer service is essential.

Formación

• Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable and safety-focused.
• 4+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Ability to prepare and present a variety of hot and cold items to high standards.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, portion, cook, and present hot and/or cold items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.
• Follow complex recipes and produce batches using classical and contemporary techniques.
• May oversee production staff, train and assign tasks.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time with regularity.
• Other duties as assigned based on client needs.
