Sodexo is hiring a Senior Cook for our Orlando location. You will prepare and create nutritious dishes, plate attractively, and deliver high-quality customer service at every meal. Your energy and teamwork will help brighten the day of guests and colleagues alike.

The position is full-time with weekday morning shifts, offering a competitive pay range of $22–$24 per hour. We value food-waste reduction, adherence to recipes, and safe, sanitary kitchen practices, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Team-oriented, adaptable, and reliable.
• 4 or more years of related work experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.
• Follow complex recipes and/or product directions.
• Produce small to large batch goods using classical and contemporary cooking, plating and garnishing techniques.
• Oversee production staff training and task assignment.
• Attend shifts on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned per client requirements.
