A friendly, safety-conscious approach helps create a positive dining experience for students and staff. You will follow detailed recipes, prepare high-quality plates, and may mentor production staff.

Qualifications

• 4 or more years of related work experience preferred
• Able to follow detailed recipes and safety guidelines
• Strong customer service mindset and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, cook, and present hot and cold items across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events
• Follow complex recipes and product directions
• Produce small to large batches using classical and contemporary techniques
• Potential oversight of production staff and task delegation
• Attend shifts reliably and on time
• Other duties vary by unit and client requirements
