• Operate and clean equipment after use and perform routine cleaning.
• Label and date food items; maintain organized storage of goods.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety.
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain daily production records and reports as assigned.
• Assist in cross-training employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
