Qualifications

• Team-oriented, adaptable and reliable with a focus on a healthy, safe work environment.
• 4 or more years of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present hot and/or cold items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.
• Follow complex recipes and/or product directions; produce small to large batches using classical and contemporary techniques; plating and garnishing.
• May oversee production staff, train and assign tasks; attend scheduled shifts on time; support client requirements.
