Job summary

Intralox L.L.C. is seeking a Lead Equipment Assembly Technician at the Sparrows Point, MD facility to oversee a continuous flow assembly line and mentor team members.

The role emphasizes setting up work cells, improving assembly processes, ensuring safety, and meeting production schedules. Strong supervisory experience and Microsoft Office proficiency are required, with willingness to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience working on/conveyor line applications or related manufacturing experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience.
• Experience identifying and implementing meaningful process improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and work overtime, flexible schedules, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage a continuous flow line or assembly work cell.
• Develop assembly instructions, ensure quality, monitor schedules and capacity.
• Coordinate Assembly personnel activities to meet day-to-day objectives with safety as a priority.
• Troubleshoot and identify process improvements to ensure stable operation of the work cell.
• Promote and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
• Assist in hiring and training of employees; provide performance input.
