Job summary

Intralox in Sparrows Point, MD is seeking a Materials Management Supervisor to lead core materials-handling in an assembled-to-order environment. You will oversee a diverse team and drive safety, efficiency, and on-time delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or 5+ years supervisory warehouse experience), Oracle/SAP experience, and a focus on continuous improvement. Flexibility for overtime and weekends is expected at times.

Qualifications

• Supervise personnel across materials handling in an ATO manufacturing environment.
• Champion safety and maintain equipment operation/maintenance.
• Drive continuous improvement in material flow; eliminate waste.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team with regular reviews.
• Track KPIs for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise personnel across core materials-handling functions in an ATO manufacturing environment.
• Drive safety standards and ensure equipment is properly operated and maintained.
• Evaluate processes and drive continuous improvement in material flow and efficiency.
• Coach and develop a high performing team; conduct performance reviews.
• Responsible for executing against KPIs for SQDC+P.
• Track and control inventory movements via Oracle; ensure proper training and adherence to protocols.
• Ensure daily pick, audit, and staging of jobs.
• Complete audits (5S) and uphold procedures.
• Lead strategic planning for personnel, capacity, and equipment needs.
• Lead Kaizen projects and A3 problem solving.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of team areas.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
