Job summary

Intralox, L.L.C. is hiring an Equipment Maintenance Technician for our assembly manufacturing plant. You will perform preventative and predictive maintenance on pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic equipment, troubleshoot issues, and support upgrades to production systems.

The role requires strong mechanical experience, high-voltage skills, and the ability to work nights on a rotating schedule. The position also requires lifting up to 50 pounds, operating basic shop tools, and using common

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in mechanical field with high voltage electrical skills and/or hydraulics and/or pneumatics and/or electronics.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work nights and weekends on a rotating schedule.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals and varying technical ability levels.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in basic computer programs (Email, Microsoft Office).
• Ability to operate machine tools, such as a drill press, bench grinder, band saw
• Self-managed and motivated individual who can work well within a team environment.
• Provide and understand the value of excellent customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must have experience in the mechanical field with high voltage electrical skills and/or hydraulics and/or pneumatics and/or electronics.
• Must be able to perform the essential job requirements identified in the Functional Job description, including the ability to lift and assemble machine components, 50 pound maximum, and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work nights and weekends on a rotating schedule.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals and varying technical ability levels
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in basic computer programs (E-mail, Microsoft Office, Etc.).
• Ability to operate machine tools, such as a drill press, bench grinder, band saw
• Self-managed and motivated individual who can work well within a team environment.
• Provide and understand the value of excellent customer service.

Desired Qualifications

• Associate degree in a manufacturing field.
• Trade school education.
• 5+ years’ experience in the repair of automated machinery.
• PLC programming and troubleshooting skills.
• Previous plastics manufacturing experience.
• Desire to travel and perform PM’s/repairs in our Global Assembly Plants
