Job summary

Intralox L.L.C. in Sparrows Point, MD, is seeking a Production Supervisor (ATO) for an onsite role at our facility. You will lead a production team, manage capacity and schedules, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing and supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office applications. The role requires flexibility for overtime and weekends as needed, with a competitive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).

Responsibilities

• Contributes to and executes important processes, develops people, ensures quality, monitors capacity and schedules, and applies LC I continuous improvement principles.
• Responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all team deliverables.
• Organizes stakeholders upstream and downstream of direct reports to accomplish goals.
• Implements Lean concepts to improve productivity and quality.
• Works with manufacturing engineering to improve safety, ergonomics, and flow of parts.
• Maintains accountability of people, equipment, and tools.
• Uses problem-solving, teamwork, and leadership to overcome obstacles.
• Demonstrates flexibility, introspection, and resilience in routine challenges.
• Plans capacity and resource allocation regularly.
• Evaluates performance via reviews and coaches gaps in skills.
