Job summary

Laitram LLC's Intralox division is hiring assemblers to build conveyor belts according to customer orders in a fast-paced, teamwork-driven facility in Harahan, Louisiana. This full-time role offers First Shift (5:00 AM - 2:30 PM) or Second Shift (2:30 PM - Midnight) with overtime and weekend work as needed.

You will assemble plastic modules, follow safety procedures, meet productivity targets, and perform housekeeping.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Stable work history.
• Good hand/eye coordination and detail oriented.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and carry 35 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Position must be performed at the facility.

Responsibilities

• Assemble plastic modules into conveyor belts according to customer orders
• Follow all safety procedures and policies
• Meet the minimum productivity requirement for the work lane
• Perform housekeeping duties as required
• Ability and willingness to work overtime and on weekends as required
• Follow the attendance policy of the Assembly department

An Assembler manually builds Intralox conveyor belts according to customer orders in a fast-paced, teamwork focused environment. We are hiring assemblers for both First (5:00AM - 2:30PM) and Second Shift (2:30PM - Midnight), Monday - Friday. *Overtime and weekend work may be required.* This is a full-time position in an air-conditioned, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.
