Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Training & Support Leader for converting operations in our Illinois facility. You will provide training and support for converting teams while promoting safe working practices and a clean, injury-free environment.

You will collaborate on capital planning, participate in new flexo and RDC projects, and establish PM practices, productivity standards, and performance management across the plant.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory and leadership experience on converting operations.
• Coaching, training, teambuilding and performance management experience.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and support for the converting teams throughout the company.
• Support the plants in establishing Safe Working Practices and a clean, injury-free work environment.
• Support new flexo and RDC projects and startups.
• Participate in planning discussions about capital planning and equipment considerations.
• Evaluate, develop, establish PM practices and standards.
• Evaluate productivity, reliability and capability issues and provide feedback.
