Job summary

MATTR is seeking a Team Lead – Conversion to drive safety, productivity, quality and operational excellence on the Conversion line. You will support the Conversion Supervisor, lead frontline teams, and help maintain production flow while upholding standards.

You will coach employees, enforce 5S and Lean improvements, track production orders, ensure inventory accuracy, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet customer needs in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory or leadership experience.
• Formal continuous improvement training preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and 5S methodology.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist Conversion Supervisor in daily operations and coverage.
• Drive output, productivity, and quality to meet targets.
• Maintain labor, material, and production reporting.
• Promote a safe, organized work environment and 5S.
• Support HSE initiatives and incident-free workplace.
• Lead training and coaching for new employees.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to satisfy customer needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and material movement in the facility.
