Job summary

BairesDev, a leader in software development with global remote teams, seeks a Senior Conversion Copywriter to craft high-performing, conversion-focused copy for technical buyers across campaigns. You will work with growth marketers, designers, and engineers to produce landing pages, websites, ads, and more.

You’ll shape messaging, edit content from teams and freelancers, and propose tests and improvements. If you have AI and prompt engineering skills, you’ll contribute to AI-powered workflows

Qualifications

• 3+ years in copywriting roles, with some experience in an in-house or agency role
• 1+ year working for North American-based tech companies
• Experience working with technical services or products
• Experience in Copywriting, Conversion Copywriting, or Direct Response Copywriting
• Experience writing conversion-focused landing pages
• Basic AI and prompt engineering skills: You write structured prompts with clear context and constraints
• Experience with generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar platforms

Responsibilities

• Write copy for short and long-form conversion-driven assets in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Edit and proofread content produced by internal teams and freelancers
• Propose new copy experiments and improvements to assets including website and landing pages
• Assist with development of AI-powered workflows and custom GPTs/GEMs for copywriting purposes

Senior Conversion Copywriter - B2B Tech at BairesDev

You will be the strategic, AI-augmented copywriter who helps us drive more revenue from campaigns at BairesDev. You'll team up with growth marketers, designers, and engineers to produce high-converting landing pages, websites, ads, and more.

What You’ll Do:

• Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and designers, to write copy for short and long-form conversion-driven assets.
• Edit and proofread content created by other internal teams and freelancers, such as case studies, leader bios, ads, and social posts.
• Propose new copy experiments and improvements to existing assets, including our website and landing pages.
• Assist with the development of new AI-powered workflows, custom GPTs/GEMs, or other AI assistants and agents for copywriting purposes.

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years in copywriting roles, with some experience in an in-house or agency role
• 1+ year working for North American-based tech companies
• Experience working with technical services or products
• Experience in Copywriting, Conversion Copywriting, or Direct Response Copywriting
• Experience writing conversion-focused landing pages
• Basic AI and prompt engineering skills: You write structured prompts with clear context and constraints. You use techniques like prompt chaining to plan, draft, and refine conversion assets.
• Experience with generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar platforms

Nice to have:

• 5+ years in copywriting roles
• 3+ years of working for US-based B2B tech companies
• Experience working for a software development, software outsourcing, or management consulting company
• Software background or knowledge, or experience with software services or products
• Copyhackers' training or certifications (also called Copy School)
• AI/prompt training or certifications
• Other copywriting training or certifications
• Additional experience in websites, SEM, social ads, SEO, content/articles, social media, or email marketing
• Intermediate+ AI/prompt engineering skills: You use AI to extract messaging insights from raw data. You build structured, repeatable AI workflows using tools like custom GPTs, prompt blocks/libraries, and knowledge files.
• Experience with AI-powered systems such as n8n, Agent Builder, or similar platforms
