Job summary

AgencyHires is seeking a Senior Copywriter for Demand Generation & Email to drive B2B email and LinkedIn outreach for large brands. You will craft compelling messages that resonate with senior decision-makers, leveraging AI to personalize campaigns and improve performance.

You’ll collaborate with sales and marketing, refine personalization workflows, and turn insights into higher engagement and conversations that lead to measurable results.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Copywriter, Content Writer, Email Marketer, or similar, with examples of B2B emails you've personally written.
• Experience writing for a B2B software company, agency, or in-house marketing team.
• Strong sales sense and an understanding of what makes buyers respond to or ignore an email.
• Ability to write compelling messaging for senior social, marketing, and customer experience leaders at large brands.
• Creativity and good judgment in identifying ideas worth testing.
• Excellent written English, with a natural understanding of North American and UK audiences.
• Regular use of AI in your writing process, with a clear understanding of its strengths and limitations.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Strong ownership, organization, and follow-through.
• Nice to Have: Experience with HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Write B2B outbound email and LinkedIn sequences targeting senior social, marketing, and customer experience leaders.
• Plan email sequences from start to finish, including audience targeting, messaging, timing, and follow-ups.
• Create sales follow-up emails, re-engagement campaigns, and messaging for lost opportunities.
• Develop event invitations, post-event follow-ups, and inbound lead nurture emails.
• Test subject lines, openings, and offers to improve campaign performance.
• Track results, including replies, positive responses, and meetings booked.
• Manage and improve AI-powered personalization workflows, including prompts and instructions.
• Support newsletters, customer emails, product announcements, and content based on blogs and case studies.

We're hiring a Senior Copywriter - Demand Generation & Email for our client, a fast-growing, AI-first technology company transforming how global brands manage social media engagement and customer conversations. Our client has worked with some of the world's biggest brands, including Netflix, Uber, Sephora, Benefit Cosmetics, and JD Sports. We're looking for a creative, commercially minded copywriter who understands B2B buyer psychology, knows how to get senior decision-makers to respond, and can use AI to create smarter, more effective campaigns.

A Day in the Role

You'll review campaign performance, develop compelling B2B outreach sequences, and experiment with messaging that gets senior decision-makers to respond. You'll also collaborate with sales and marketing teams, refine AI personalization workflows, and turn campaign insights into stronger, better-performing copy. Your goal? Write emails that don't just get opened but start conversations and drive results.
