Job summary

Ender-IT is seeking a Senior AI Specialist to design and build enterprise-grade virtual assistants and complex conversational flows. You will develop robust error analysis frameworks and work on core NLP/LLM fundamentals, including Transformer architectures.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in conversation design, prompt engineering, and multi-agent system evaluation, with exposure to ML inference optimizations like KV cache deployment.
