Job summary

Press Ganey is seeking a Machine Learning Data Scientist III - Conversational AI to join our AI Solutions team. You will design, develop, and evaluate AI agents and collaborate with AI scientists and ML engineers to deploy state-of-the-art conversational systems.

The role emphasizes Generative AI methods, responsible AI practices, and cross-functional teamwork across data science and engineering disciplines in the US-based AI Solutions group.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Applied Research and/or Software Engineering.
• Proven experience in Conversational AI / Dialogue Systems and Generative AI methods.

Responsibilities

• Design, Develop, and evaluate Conversational AI Agents.
• Work closely with AI Scientists and ML Engineers to imagine, design, and develop various Machine Learning and Generative AI products.
• Leverage your Conversational AI experience to ensure alignment with current State-of-the-Art best practices throughout AI & Machine Learning team.
• Work closely with Responsible AI & Model Validation Center of Excellence to support ethical development of AI Agents.
