Jobgether is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Conversational AI based in the United States. You will build production-grade software powering AI-driven customer experiences across digital and voice channels, with a focus on scalable backend services and real-time communications.

This fully remote role offers collaboration with product, design, QA, and other engineering teams to raise engineering standards and deliver reliable systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of backend-focused engineering experience (Python/TypeScript).
• Experience designing scalable APIs, microservices, distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve AI platform capabilities and backend services.
• Design scalable backend systems with event-driven architectures.
• Ensure reliability, performance, and data integrity in production systems.
• Develop secure integrations with REST APIs and third-party services.
• Contribute to real-time communications and low-latency workloads.
