Job summary

Taghleef Industries is seeking a Full Time Controls Technician in the Rosedale area. The role supports electrical control systems, assists Electrical Engineers, and assists with upgrades, wiring, and documentation across plant facilities.

The job requires an Associates in Electrical/Controls (Bachelor’s preferred) and 4+ years of experience. Proficiency with Rockwell and Siemens PLCs, PI data logging, AutoCAD prints, and various HMI/DCS systems is expected. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Electrical and/or Controls required (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
• 4+ years of Electrical/Controls work in heavy manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Allen-Bradley Micrologix, Controllogix, SLC500, PLC5 and Siemens S5/S7.
• Adeptness with PI data logging and trending software.

Responsibilities

• Program, commission and troubleshoot control systems and VFDs.
• Monitor processes and ensure equipment operability and safety.
• Document standards and procedures for maintenance activities.
• Coordinate work with supervisors, peers, and suppliers.
• Support GMP activities and proper housekeeping.
