Taghleef Industries, Inc. in Indiana is seeking a Controls Technician to support electrical control systems and assist Electrical Engineers in the Controls Group. The role includes training technicians, upgrades, wiring, and parts management.
You will collaborate with Operations and Technical groups to develop solutions, perform risk analysis, and work independently or in a team to build lasting plant reliability. Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

The Controls Technician is responsible for supporting the existing electrical control systems. This individual will support the Electrical Engineers in the Controls Group. This will include training of Electrical Technicians for the entire site, installations involving upgrades and equipment expansions, such as layout and building electrical cabinets, modifying electrical prints, making wire labels, setting up spare parts, writing off obsolete parts, ordering new parts and material for projects, and working with the site utilities and services group.
This position will work closely with Operations and Technical groups in developing new solutions, systematic problem solving and perform failure/risk analysis. Successful candidates must have the ability to work both independently and in a team environment to build long-term customer relationships.
