Job summary

S&S Worldwide, Inc is seeking a full-time Controls Technician Supervisor to provide technical direction for building electrical control panels in accordance with NEC, UL508A, and local codes. You will lead a small team, plan resources, and ensure quality on the shop floor.

The role requires completing an accredited electrical apprentice program, wiring proficiency, and strong organizational skills. Leadership experience is preferred; you will oversee panel builds and maintenance, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited electrical apprentice program.
• Wiring proficiency building panels.
• Organizational ability and proven attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Schedules team tasks and adjusts priorities to meet master schedule and deadlines.
• Coordinates with Production Manager for resource planning and scheduling.
• Maintains UL508A panel shop conformance to codes and best practices.
• Ensures panel builds comply with NEC/local codes and UL508A standards.
• Troubleshoots programming bugs during factory acceptance and quality checks.
• Oversees electrical maintenance and working independently or as a team.
