The ideal candidate will manage budgets, coordinate Engineers and Technicians, and ensure successful system implementation from kickoff to commissioning. This position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Building Automation or Controls projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and control strategies.
• Experience with BAS platforms and system integrations.
• Ability to read mechanical, electrical, and controls drawings.
• Financial management and budget forecasting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Building Automation projects through their lifecycle.
• Kick off projects, set execution strategies, and guide teams to delivery.
• Be the main contact for owners, contractors, engineers, and vendors.
• Manage budgets, forecast labor, and report project profitability.
• Approve changes and procurement to support project execution.
• Lead technical execution, commissioning, and issue resolution.
