Job summary

The role includes mentoring junior technicians, coordinating with project managers, engineers and clients to deliver reliable control solutions and ensure project success. Travel to multiple sites will be involved along with hands-on leadership and rapid issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in controls system installation, programming, and commissioning.
• Proficiency in BACnet, Modbus and other industry-standard protocols.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Program, configure, and integrate control systems (Delta, Distech, Tridium).
• Perform system testing, commissioning, and preventative maintenance.
• Lead and mentor junior technicians.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients.
