Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a regulatory management professional responsible for driving internal control discipline and operational excellence across lines of business. You will monitor, test, and enhance controls and QA processes to support governance and inspection activities.

The role involves reviewing transactions for regulatory requirements (e.g., Reg U, Reg W, FCRA) and coordinating QA and audit readiness across control environments.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, underwriting or operations.
• Ability to execute in a production environment with a positive, energetic attitude and manage multiple tasks independently.
• Familiar with underwriting platforms such as CreditCenter, GUS, Workplace and document repositories such as EDR and Squirrel.
• Detail oriented with high data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the design and effectiveness of the risk and control environment to support Client Operations Services and ensure adherence to enterprise-wide standards.
• Supports monitoring and testing of controls by evaluating data to identify issues and improvements for remediation.
• Implements optimized controls and QA practices to support business continuity.
• Conducts quality inspection reviews to enhance employee performance and control effectiveness.
• Performs QA activities including executing controls, managing cases, and reporting results.
• Identifies areas for testing automation, procedural updates, and coaching to enhance QA program.
