Qualifications

• 5-8 years of hands-on software development experience in backend systems.
• Proficiency with Java/Spring Boot and modern frontend frameworks is essential.
• Strong containerization experience (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift) and cloud-native apps.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on engineer guiding design of scalable, containerized microservices with Java Spring Boot.
• Champion AI tooling to accelerate development velocity and code quality.
• Build robust APIs to connect platforms with firm-wide control systems.
• Collaborate with frontend teams to shape MFE applications using React/Angular.
• Lead backend design with Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud; ensure scalability and reliability.
• Implement microservices, TDD practices, and high-performance data access with Hibernate/JPA.
• Integrate Oracle and MongoDB, optimize caching with Redis.
• Conduct code reviews and performance optimizations.
