Job summary

Facility Solutions Group is seeking a Round Rock-based Controls Engineering Manager to lead our Smart Buildings team. You will mentor engineers, drive design, development, testing and integration of control systems, and collaborate with sales, projects, and support teams to ensure successful implementations.

Ideal candidates will have extensive Niagara/Niagara 4 experience, strong HVAC/lighting knowledge, and a track record of delivering documentation, tools, and training for cross-functional

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of managerial experience.
• Extensive experience with Tridium Niagara-based systems.
• Strong knowledge of Niagara 4 TCP certification and related tooling.
• Proficiency with BACnet, Modbus, and BAS protocols.
• Ability to deliver documentation and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Controls Engineering team.
• Design, develop, test, and integrate control systems.
• Create documentation and training tools for projects and support teams.
• Oversee schedules and team goals aligned with product roadmaps.
• Hire, train, and conduct performance reviews.
• Collaborate with sales, projects, and engineering teams.
