Ideal candidates bring a BS in engineering, 8+ years in industrial automation, 3+ years of leadership, and hands-on PLC/SCADA experience with familiar brands.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years in industrial automation / controls integration.
• 3+ years managing and leading a team.
• Experience with PLC/SCADA networks and instrumentation.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Work with Executive Management, Sales, and Marketing to drive growth.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technical resources.
• Design and implement integrated electrical and control systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, production, and field service staff.
• Manage project budget and schedule requirements.
• Drive the team’s profit & loss on multiple timeframes.
• Specify hardware, PLCs, communication systems, and panels.
• Design PLC/SCADA networks and generate test procedures.
• Meet with key clients to ensure expectations are met and growth opportunities pursued.
• Uphold core values and support professional development.
