Job summary

The Senior Control Systems Engineer at Thermo Systems will lead energy-focused control system projects across chillers, boilers, HRSGs, and thermal storage. You’ll act as a technical expert, guiding design, analysis, and testing while collaborating with project leadership to meet schedule and budget.

Ideal candidates bring a BS in engineering, 10+ years’ experience, PE license preferred, and a track record mentoring engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in engineering with relevant experience.
• 10+ years total experience in control systems.
• 3+ years as a Control Systems Project Engineer II or equivalent.
• PE license and/or relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex system design including I/O design and testing documents.
• Provide technical direction across multiple projects and teams.
• Support business development through technical proposals.
• Mentor engineers and drive design standards and QA.
