Jobot is seeking an Electrical & Controls Engineer to design, develop, test, and troubleshoot electrical and control systems for automated industrial equipment. You will program PLCs and HMIs, create wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and support field installations across diverse industries.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, cross-team collaboration, and ongoing system improvements to enhance reliability and performance of automation solutions.

Qualifications

• Design, develop wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and control system specifications for upgrades and new installations.
• Program, test, and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA platforms across projects.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to support field installations and system reliability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot electrical and control systems for automated industrial equipment.
• Create wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and wiring drawings for projects.
• Program, troubleshoot, and support PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems.
• Work with Allen Bradley, ControlLogix, FactoryTalk View, and other platforms.
• Support field installations and commissioning activities.
• Diagnose issues, perform maintenance, and implement improvements.
