Job summary

MFCP INC in Washington state seeks a Senior Controls Engineer to lead the design and integration of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems for complex projects.

You will program PLCs/HMIs, design UL508A/UL698A panels, and work closely with customers and cross‑functional teams to ensure on‑time, high‑quality deliverables. Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, Inventor, and Epicor Prophet 21 is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years of engineering project leadership.
• Willingness to complete company training to maintain competency.
• Knowledge of MFCP industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Review project documents, BOMs, and content per internal process.
• Coordinate and support project management activities for large/complex projects.
• Serve as primary customer-facing engineer for assigned projects.
• Mentor engineers and technicians with technical guidance.
