Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in controls engineering or equivalent.
• 4-year post-secondary degree in a relevant technical field.
• CPG and/or FDA-regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
• Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, assembly, integration, testing, troubleshooting and commissioning of PLC-based control systems.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage automation-related capital projects.
• Provide technical leadership for electrical safety and maintenance planning.
• Develop and optimize control logic to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Prepare and review instrumentation schematics and ladder logic diagrams.
