Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC seeks a Controls Leader to guide power and control systems, ensuring reliability, safety, and compliance across the plant. You will lead troubleshooting, equipment specification, and operator training, while supporting capital projects and KPI development.

You will collaborate with engineering and operations to reduce losses, drive continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to NFPA 70/70e, NFPA 79, and OSHA 1910.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Electrical engineering preferred.
• 5 years of relevant controls experience required; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with food manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team environment and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead power and control systems initiatives and act as a key member of plant technical leadership.
• Develop and enforce power and control standards across projects and upgrades.
• Oversee site masterplan for power and controls; plan replacement of obsolete equipment/technologies.
• Coach E&I technicians in skills development and safe working practices.
