Job summary

H. T. PROF Group seeks a Controls Leader to guide plant power and control systems, drive equipment reliability, and lead technician development. You will oversee standards, troubleshooting, and project execution, ensuring regulatory compliance and safe, efficient operations.

Required are a Bachelor’s in Engineering with at least 5 years in controls, and hands-on experience with Allen Bradley PLC and Rockwell FactoryTalk. Manufacturing familiarity and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required; Electrical engineering degree preferred.
• 5 years of relevant controls experience required.
• Strong knowledge of machine and/or process control hardware, instrumentation and software.

Responsibilities

• Assists primary administrator and troubleshooter for plant power and control systems.
• Leads development and enforcement of power and control standards on projects and upgrades.
• Manages site masterplan for power and controls systems and replacement planning.
• Coaches and develops E&I technicians; supervises daily direction.
