Qualifications

• 10+ years in a senior plant operator role.
• Experience with hazardous energy, chemicals, and waste materials.
• Familiar with testing equipment and calibration devices.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plant equipment per procedures.
• Maintain logs and reports, ensure safe, reliable operation.
• Read gauges, meters, and adjust parameters within limits.
• Perform start-up, operation, shutdown, and lock-out procedures.
• Communicate plant status to teams and management.
• Adhere to safety, NERC, and environmental regulations.
• Travel as required and support after-hours work.
• Provide input on procedures and training materials.
