Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Controls Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of controls engineering experience in industrial automation.
• Proficient in PLC programming on Allen-Bradley or Siemens platforms; HMI development.
• Strong knowledge of PID and motion control.
• Experience with Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus or similar networks.
• Hands-on system integration and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Familiarity with NEC/NFPA/ANSI/UL508A electrical standards.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% in the US and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement PLC and HMI control systems for custom automation equipment.
• Develop control strategies to meet customer and project requirements.
• Program PLCs, HMIs, and industrial devices.
• Test, commission, troubleshoot, and optimize automation systems.
