Qualifications

• Requires a BS in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of controls engineering experience.
• Experience programming Allen-Bradley PLCs with servo drives.
• Hands-on experience with HMIs (FactoryTalk ME/SE).
• Familiarity with safety PLCs and NFPA/NEC industrial standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze design requirements and generate electrical, pneumatic, and software designs.
• Develop PLC/HMI software, verify designs via simulations and testing.
• Create detailed documentation including schematics and BOMs.
• Identify and implement design changes to improve reliability and efficiency.
