SIBLING is seeking a driven Controls Engineer to join the automation team in Cincinnati. You will define client requirements, design control architectures, and guide projects from configuration through commissioning.

You will translate client needs into robust control solutions across major platforms and act as a technical contact for customers. Responsibilities include designing system architectures, programming controllers, testing configurations, and traveling to client sites for

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in industrial automation or controls engineering.
• Hands-on experience with one or more major control system platforms (Rockwell/Emerson or equivalent).
• Thorough understanding of control system design principles and coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients to define functional requirements and translate them into configurations.
• Design control system architectures and electrical controls.
• Program/configure controllers (Rockwell, PlantPAx, FactoryTalk, DeltaV).
• Test configurations to verify requirements before deployment.
• Travel to client sites for commissioning and support.
