GrayMatter in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Control Systems Engineer to join our team. The role focuses on managing specialized control system work with precision and reliability, designing and implementing solutions, and training end users on new applications.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in EE/EET/ME/MET or an equivalent, 3+ years of control systems experience, and strong skills in electrical schematics, industrial programming languages, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in control systems implementation, design, installs and troubleshooting.
• Experience with industrial application programming languages and electrical schematics.
• Strong attention to detail, problem solving and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform GrayMatter services meeting client needs with a focus on control systems.
• Design, develop and implement solutions to resolve customer issues.
• Consult with and train end users on new applications.
• Assist in project development and planning.
• Conduct onsite pilots, FAT/SAT testing and demos as required.
• Position location is Cincinnati, OH area.
• Travel 30–40% to customer locations.
