Qualifikationen

• 8–12+ years of controls engineering experience in industrial, process, manufacturing, or related environments.
• Proficient in PLC/HMI programming and controls engineering.
• Experience developing electrical drawings, panel layouts, I/O documentation, and control narratives.
• Ability to work across both controls programming and electrical/controls design (approx. 50/50).
• Experience with commissioning, startup, FAT/SAT, troubleshooting, or field implementation.
• Understanding of NEC, NFPA, ISA, UL, IEC, or similar standards.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related discipline.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to review work, delegate assignments, and lead engineers.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on engineering across programming, design, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Lead the controls team and supervise ~2 engineers initially.
• Work on varied industrial projects with complex control systems.
• Collaborate across engineering functions to deliver projects.
• Travel is expected and typically modest (roughly every other month).
