Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Control Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 10+ years of experience in control systems engineering.
• Experience with PLC hardware/software platforms: Rockwell, Siemens and Modicon.
• Experience with HMI/SCADA: ICONICS Genesis64, Wonderware ArchestrA, GE CIMPLICITY, GE iFIX, FactoryTalk View, Schneider, Siemens.
• Experience with DCS platforms: Emerson DeltaV or similar.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring engineers.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement control system architecture for industrial processes and machinery.
• Program PLC/DCS/RTU, develop HMI/SCADA, and create system documentation.
• Lead project teams, manage execution plans, budgets, scheduling and reporting.
• Oversee testing, commissioning and qualification at client facilities.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor less experienced engineers.
