Strong problem-solving and leadership skills are essential. Travel up to 25% is required. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in automation, experience with Rockwell, Siemens, DeltaV, and AutoCAD, and a background in electrical/control engineering or computer science.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical/Control Engineering or related field is required.
• 10+ years of experience in automation with PLC/HMI/DCS platforms.
• Experience leading engineers/technicians and mentoring staff.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of control systems and architecture.
• Develop schematics, documentation, and programming for PLC/DCS/RTU, HMIs/SCADA.
• Manage projects up to $1M, including plans, budgets and scheduling.
• Act as technical lead, mentor staff, and possibly serve as project manager.
